These terms cover every purchase from Watchdog & Whiskers, operated by THE CEDAR POST LLC, 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste R, Albuquerque, NM 87110. By placing an order you agree to them. Effective September 9, 2026.
1. Who can order
You must be 18 or older and use a US shipping address. We may refuse or cancel an order that looks fraudulent or that we cannot fulfill. If we cancel, you get a full refund.
2. Products and printing
Every shirt is printed after you order it, on the blank named in the listing. The artwork prints on a white panel that is visible on colored shirts. Product images are digital mockups and print-panel comparisons made from those mockups. Colors on your screen can differ from the fabric.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax and shipping, which are shown at checkout before you pay. We charge your card when you place the order. If a price on the site is a clear mistake, we will email you before shipping and offer to cancel for a full refund.
4. Shipping
Production is 3–4 business days and transit is 7–9 business days. Orders placed after 4:00 PM MT are processed the next business day. Shipping costs $7.95 under $60 and is free at $60 and above. The shipping policy is part of these terms.
5. Returns
You have 30 days from delivery. We pay return shipping and charge no restocking fee. Returns go to our returns center at 9550 Satellite Blvd, Ste 150, Orlando, FL 32837, never to the registered office. The returns policy is part of these terms.
6. Cancellation
Within 12 hours of ordering, email us and we cancel for a full refund. After that, the return policy applies.
7. Intellectual property
The designs, product images and text on this site belong to THE CEDAR POST LLC or its licensors. You may not copy them for resale. If you believe something on this site infringes your copyright, email support@buypremiumwatches.com with the URL, a description of the work, your contact details and a statement made under penalty of perjury that you own the work or act for the owner.
8. Reviews
We do not buy, write or edit reviews. If we add a review feature, only customers with a completed order will be able to post, and we will publish negative reviews on the same terms as positive ones, in line with the FTC rule on consumer reviews.
9. Limits on our liability
Our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the laws of your state that cannot be waived.
10. Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico. If we cannot settle a dispute by email, you may bring it in the small claims court of the county where you live or in the courts of Bernalillo County, New Mexico. Your rights as a consumer are not affected. Nothing here limits the authority of the Federal Trade Commission or your state Attorney General.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do. Orders placed before a change follow the terms in force at the time of the order.
