Your order takes 10–13 business days door to door: 3–4 business days to print, then 7–9 business days in transit. Shipping is $7.95 for orders under $60 and free at $60 and above. We ship to the United States only.

When the clock starts
Orders placed after 4:00 PM MT are processed the next business day. Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude US federal holidays, so an order placed on a Saturday or on a holiday starts on the next business day. MT is Mountain time, the clock our order system runs on.

The subtotal is the price of the shirts before tax. One shipping charge covers the whole order, even when two shirts print at different facilities and arrive in two packages.
Where we ship
All 50 states, Washington, DC, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, the Marshall Islands, the Federated States of Micronesia, and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. PO boxes are fine. We do not ship to Canada or any other country.
Where your order ships from
Your order is printed at our print partner's facility nearest you, usually in the United States. The return address on the package is the facility's, not ours. Returns go to our returns center at 9550 Satellite Blvd, Ste 150, Orlando, FL 32837, never back to the print facility and never to our registered office in Albuquerque.
Tracking
You get a tracking email when the package leaves the facility, usually on the last day of production. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to show its first scan.
Late, lost or damaged
- Late: if tracking shows no movement for 5 business days, email us with the order number. We open a trace with the carrier.
- Lost: if the carrier confirms the package is lost, or tracking shows no delivery 20 business days after shipping, we reprint and reship at no cost to you, or refund you in full. Your choice.
- Delivered but missing: check with household members and neighbors first. If it is still missing 2 business days after the delivery scan, email us. We will reprint or refund.
- Damaged: email 2 photos within 30 days of delivery. We reprint or refund. You do not send the damaged shirt back.
Your rights under the FTC Mail Order Rule
If we cannot ship within the time stated here, we will tell you by email and offer a full refund. You can cancel any order that has not shipped on time and get your money back.
Duties and fees
US orders have no import duties. Sales tax, where it applies, is shown at checkout before you pay. Nothing is due on delivery. If a carrier asks you to pay to release a package, do not pay. Email us.
