You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange a shirt. We pay the return shipping, there is no restocking fee, and refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of the shirt reaching us.

What can be returned

Any shirt that is unworn, unwashed and free of smoke and deodorant marks. That includes wrong size, changed your mind, or you did not like how the white panel looks on the color you chose. The panel is shown in every listing, but we still want you to have a shirt you wear.

We sell to people who live with cats and dogs, so a few pet hairs on a returned shirt are not a problem and never a reason for us to refuse a return.

Because every shirt is printed to order, we ask that you check the size guide before ordering. Returns for size are still accepted within the 30 days.

Print defects, damage, or the wrong item

Email 2 photos within 30 days of delivery: the whole shirt and a close-up. We reprint and reship at no cost, or refund in full. You keep the shirt. No return needed.

How to return

Email support@buypremiumwatches.com with your order number and the reason. We reply within 24 business hours with a prepaid label.
Pack the shirt in any bag or box and attach the label.
Drop it at any USPS location or schedule a free pickup at usps.com.
We inspect it on arrival and issue the refund within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take another 3 to 10 business days to post it.

Do not ship a return before you have the label. Two addresses will not work: the print facility address on the original box cannot be traced, and our registered office in Albuquerque does not accept packages.

Exchanges

We do not hold inventory, so an exchange is a return plus a new order. Tell us the size or color you want in your email. We refund the first shirt when it arrives and, if you prefer, place the new order for you at the same price you paid.

Cancellations

You can cancel within 12 hours of ordering for a full refund. After 12 hours the shirt is usually already in production, and the 30-day return applies instead.
