We charge your card once, in US dollars, when you place the order. There are no subscriptions, no hidden fees, and nothing due on delivery.
Accepted payment methods
Checkout is handled by Shopify Payments. It accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, plus Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay where your device supports them. The exact list is shown at checkout and only methods that actually work are shown.
When you are charged
At the moment you place the order. Some banks show a pending hold first and post the charge a day or two later. If you cancel within 12 hours, the hold drops off or the charge is refunded.
What appears on your statement
The descriptor is set inside Shopify Payments by the shop owner and will show the shop name or the legal entity, THE CEDAR POST LLC. If you see a charge you do not recognize, email support@buypremiumwatches.com before disputing it with your bank. We answer within 24 business hours.
Sales tax
Sales tax is calculated at checkout from your shipping address and shown before you pay.
Security
Card details are entered on Shopify's checkout and processed by third-party payment providers that maintain PCI DSS compliance. The site uses HTTPS with TLS encryption. We never see or store your full card number.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving a return, or within 5–7 business days of approving a reprint-or-refund claim. Banks can take another 3 to 10 business days to post it.
Pricing errors
If a listed price is a clear mistake, we email you before shipping and offer a full refund instead of the shirt.
