Ordering and sizing
Which size should I get?
Bella+Canvas 3001 runs true to size with a standard unisex cut. Comfort Colors 1717 runs roomy. Chest and length measurements for both are in the size guide. If you are between sizes on the 3001, go up. On the 1717, go down for a closer fit.
Why is a size marked unavailable?
Not every color is made in every size. The size list on each product marks what our print partner can supply for the color you picked. In practice most colors run S to 2XL: on the Bella+Canvas 3001 only White, Athletic Heather and Black go to 3XL, and on the Comfort Colors 1717 only Black goes to 4XL.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Yes, within 12 hours of ordering. Email support@buypremiumwatches.com with the order number. After that the shirt is usually in production.
Do you take custom designs?
No. We print the five designs on the site.
The white panel
Why is there a white rectangle behind the art on colored shirts?
The artwork files were created on a white background, so the whole rectangle prints. On a white tee it blends in. On any other color it shows. Every product page has a side-by-side image of the white and black tee so you can see exactly what you get.
Will it fade or wash out?
No. The panel is part of the print and stays as long as the art does.
Shipping
How long does it take?
3–4 business days to print plus 7–9 business days in transit, so 10–13 business days in total. Details on the shipping policy.
When does my order start printing?
Orders placed after 4:00 PM MT are processed the next business day. Weekends and US federal holidays are not business days, so an order placed on a Saturday starts on Monday.
How much is shipping?
$7.95 for orders under $60. Free at $60 and above.
Do you ship outside the US?
No. The checkout will not accept a non-US address.
Where does my order ship from?
From our print partner's facility nearest you, usually in the United States. The company's registered office is in Albuquerque, NM, but nothing is printed or stocked there and it does not accept packages.
Where do returns go?
To our returns center at 9550 Satellite Blvd, Ste 150, Orlando, FL 32837. Email us first; the prepaid label we send already carries that address.
Will I owe anything on delivery?
No. Sales tax, where it applies, is charged at checkout. If a carrier asks for money, do not pay and email us.
Returns
What is the return window?
30 days from delivery. We pay return shipping. No restocking fee. Full details on the returns page.
The print is smudged or the shirt arrived damaged. What now?
Email two photos. We reprint or refund, and you keep the shirt.
Fabric and care
What are the shirts made of?
Bella+Canvas 3001: 4.2 oz Airlume combed ring-spun cotton in solid colors; heather colors are cotton and polyester blends. Comfort Colors 1717: 6.1 oz ring-spun US-grown cotton, garment-dyed. Both blanks are sewn in Honduras according to our print partner's listings.
How do I wash it?
Cold, inside out. Tumble dry low. No bleach. Do not iron over the print. The washing guide goes into detail.
The shop
Why is the domain buypremiumwatches.com?
The domain belonged to the owner before the shop existed. We kept it. We do not sell watches.
Is there a phone number?
No. Email is the only channel, and we answer within 24 business hours.
Where are the reviews?
There are none yet. The shop opened in September 2026. We will show real reviews from real orders when we have them, and none before.
