Your shirt is printed by our print partner, Printify, at the facility nearest your address, which for US orders is usually inside the United States. It never passes through our office, and returns do not go there either. Four addresses, four jobs, and only two of them take packages.
What each address does
| Address | What happens there | What does not |
|---|---|---|
| Registered office Albuquerque, NM |
The legal address of The Cedar Post LLC, the company behind the shop | No printing, no stock, no walk-ins, and no packages. Never send a return here |
| Print facility | Prints, packs and ships your order | Does not accept returns; the address on the box is theirs, not ours |
| Your address | Receives the package | Owes nothing on delivery |
| Returns center Orlando, FL |
Receives returns and triggers the refund | Does not print or ship new orders |
Why the box does not match any address on this site
Because the shirt never came through our office. Print on demand means the file travels, not the shirt. The return label printed on the box is the facility's. If you need to send something back, use the prepaid label we email you: it carries the Orlando returns address. The steps are on the returns page.
Where the blanks come from
The Bella+Canvas 3001 and Comfort Colors 1717 blanks are sewn in Honduras according to our print partner's listings. The printing happens at the facility. We do not claim US manufacture for the blanks, and we do not claim a US warehouse, because we do not have one.

Timelines and costs live on the shipping policy, and the company behind the shop is on the about page.
