The short answer

• Shipping cost: $7.95 flat rate. Free on orders of $60.00 or more, calculated after discount codes.
• Processing time: 3–5 business days.
• Transit time: 8–12 business days.
• Total estimated delivery: 11–17 business days from the day you order.
• Where we ship from: Our partner warehouse in China, not a U.S. warehouse.
• Where we ship to: The 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C.

All time frames are in business days, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays.

1. Order cut-off

Orders placed before 6:00 PM MT (Mountain Time), Monday through Friday, begin processing the same business day. Orders placed later, on weekends, or on U.S. federal holidays begin processing the next business day.

2. Processing

Processing takes 3–5 business days. Orders are picked, quality-checked, and packed at our partner warehouse. Processing is separate from transit.

3. Transit

After dispatch, transit takes 8–12 business days. Orders ship from China, pass through U.S. customs, and are handed to a domestic carrier.

Most orders arrive within 11–17 business days from ordering. These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs inspections, carrier backlogs, severe weather, and incorrect addresses can cause delays.

4. Shipping rates

Free shipping is calculated after discounts and before sales tax. If a discount brings the total below $60.00, the $7.95 rate applies.

5. Carriers and P.O. Boxes

We ship with USPS and FedEx. The warehouse selects the carrier based on destination. P.O. Boxes are accepted and shipped via USPS.

6. Delivery area and exclusions

We deliver to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. We do not deliver to:

• Alaska and Hawaii
• Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, or other U.S. territories
• Military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO)
• Addresses outside the United States

Checkout will not accept an excluded destination. Contact support if you believe there is an error.

7. Import duties and sales tax

Import duties are included in the listed price. No additional customs duty or import fee is due to the delivery carrier.

Sales tax is separate. Applicable U.S. state and local sales taxes are calculated at checkout and are not included in listed product prices.

8. Tracking

We email your tracking number when the order ships. The first tracking scan may take 2–5 business days to appear. If tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days, contact support so we can request a carrier trace.

9. Split shipments

Multi-item orders may arrive in separate parcels on different days, each with its own tracking number. No additional split-shipment fee applies.

10. Address errors, failed delivery and lost parcels

1. Address changes: Contact us within 24 hours of ordering. Addresses cannot be changed after dispatch.
2. Undeliverable or refused parcels: If returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address or refusal, the item price is refunded after receipt at the returns center. The original $7.95 shipping charge is not refunded.
3. Marked delivered but missing: Check with neighbors and your building's mail room, then contact us so we can file a carrier claim.
4. Lost in transit: If tracking has not moved for more than 10 business days beyond the upper end of the estimated delivery window, contact us to request a replacement or full refund.

11. Cancelling an order

You can request cancellation for a full refund within 24 hours of ordering. Contact support with your order number. After 24 hours, picking may have started and cancellation may no longer be possible. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for return instructions.
