Shipping policy

**Your order takes 10–13 business days door to door: 3–4 business days to make and print, then 7–9 business days in transit.** Shipping is $7.95 for orders under $60 and free at $60 and above. Every shirt is made and printed to order in China and shipped to US addresses only.

## When the clock starts

**Orders placed after 4:00 PM Arizona time (MST) are processed the next business day.** Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude US federal holidays, so an order placed on a Saturday or on a holiday starts on the next business day.

One shipping charge covers the whole order, even when two shirts arrive in two packages.

## Where we ship

We ship only to addresses served by the US Postal Service: all 50 states, Washington, DC, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, and addresses in Palau, the Marshall Islands and the Federated States of Micronesia that receive US mail. PO boxes are fine. We do not ship to Canada or any other country.

## Where your order ships from

Your order ships from our production partner in China. The sender address on the package is theirs, not ours. Returns go to our returns center at 9550 Satellite Blvd, Ste 150, Orlando, FL 32837, never to the sender address on the package and never to our registered agent in Albuquerque.

## Tracking

You get a tracking email when the package leaves, usually on the last day of production. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to show its first scan.

## Late, lost or damaged

1. **Late:** if tracking shows no movement for 5 business days, email us with the order number. We open a trace with the carrier.
2. **Lost:** if the carrier confirms the package is lost, or tracking shows no delivery 20 business days after shipping, we remake and reship at no cost to you, or refund you in full. Your choice.
3. **Delivered but missing:** check with household members and neighbors first. If it is still missing 2 business days after the delivery scan, email us. We will remake or refund.
4. **Damaged:** email 2 photos within 30 days of delivery. We remake or refund. You do not send the damaged shirt back.

## Your rights under the FTC Mail Order Rule

If we cannot ship within the time stated here, we will tell you by email and offer a full refund. You can cancel any order that has not shipped on time and get your money back.

## Taxes, duties and fees

The price you see includes any applicable taxes. We do not add sales tax at checkout. Any import duties and customs fees are paid by us, so nothing is due on delivery. If a carrier asks you to pay to release a package, do not pay. Email us.
